1,266 sq. ft. interior remodel for JMT Properties corporate offices. Original space was totally gutted to expose structure and mechanical ductwork.

The design solution was to not to do the traditional lay-in ceilings but to leave the structure and ductwork exposed. The interior partitions are all aluminum storefront framing and glazing to give the space give the visual elusion of a larger space. Only hard walls are around the Work Room and Restroom.

The interior layout design created a waiting area, 3 offices, conference room, large collaborative work room and uni-sex restroom.
