New Commercial Warehousing Park in east El Paso has two buildings, Bldg. “A” at 27,600 sq.ft. and Bldg. “B” at 39,200 sq.ft.
Building “A” has 14 - 1,972 sq.ft. spaces and Building “B” has 16 - 2,450 sq.ft. spaces.
It’s constructed of concrete tilt wall, steel joists on steel beams and columns.
