Ysleta ISD and Ysleta High School held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the high school October 30 to celebrate the new Paul F. Cain Fine Arts Center, a newly constructed $10 million facility that houses classrooms for the band, orchestra, choir, and guitar programs, as well as a new dance rehearsal space.
